I think there's no such special care for pregnant unless you are within high risk pregnancy. Woman who are in average pregnancy can follow the basic care of individual healthy eat on top form food, have enough sleep and exercise regularly you can refer on any website that donate exercise for pregnant woman but as i said if you are not in high risk pregnancy walking is best exercise. Avoid sweet and greasy food devour more vegetables and fruits dont forget your milk also You want to stay away from too many carbs and get lots of protein and drink OJ and hold on to stress free.
