Is this a honest diet for a 14 year antiquated? If not, what?
Ok idk if 1000 calories is too little or not... but if i consumed 1000-1300 calories and rode a bike for 2 miles or so each day, (or would running be better?) would i lose cargo? If so, how much?
If this isnt a good diet, please tell me what is and how much i should excercise. (P.s, im 14, 5'4" and i weigh around 142. i want to weigh around 120-125.)
Answers: yeah, that's not unpromising, just make sure you bring enough protein and stuff. And you can alternate, bike rideing one day, after running the next day, next strength training, you know. You should lose weight in a short amount of time!.

Try this
Breakfast
Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast
10:30 AM Snack-apple or pear, 3 walnut halves
Lunch-Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves
Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
Drink 8 eyeglasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want.
oh my I'm ur same age and point..thats cool i weigh 112 pounds though but just eat respectable drink 8 glasses of water a time or at least 6 and u should maintain ur robustness perfectly
