How do you put within a tampon? i own tried and erstwhile abundant times since.?
Answers: ok... if you're using one beside an applicator, put in the applicator as far as you can until your fingers where you're holding it is touching you... receive sure it goes in at the right angle... it should be going within slightly pointing to like your back... not straight up... anyways if it hurts you're doing it wrong... once you own it there, push the end of the applicator until it clicks or w.e. and next pull the whole point out... you should be left with a string within u and the applicator in your hand... and you shouldn't quality the tampon at all when u move around... if you do take it out and try again... if you hold had ones that leaked try platex ones they friendly round and are the best for leaks! they work for me! but yeah do try to relax, if you tense your muscles down within it will be harder... i always try to relax by pushing out slightly... it makes everything a lil easier :)
well-mannered luck!.

try that site...it should help. be sure to read about TSS as capably. i change my tampon every 4 hrs atleast..or when i use the restroom!

Kotex are my favorite tampons..i never have have any problems with these. also if you are leaking you may stipulation more coverage aka more absorbency..however you need to be sure you do NOT have too much absorbency otherwise near is a higher chance of TSS...i would start out next to REGULAR KOTEX and if you still seem to leak move up to Super...
this also depends on when you're more stout on your period and when you're light...lighter period need less absorbency where on earth as heavy need more. moral luck
edit** if you prefer to use REGULAR and seem to leak still i would use a panty liner...they are not as glutinous as pads and will catch any blood that leak. as long as its not horrible. i really think Kotex will work just fine for you...remember evolution them every time you use the restroom or every 4 hours.
also do not sleep with tampons in..they are too terrifying in all those hours...
I couldnt use tampons for yearsssssss... they never feel comfortable.. it actually wasnt until after I started having sex that I could use them... but dont stir out and do that 'cause you're too young.. wait til college.. lol.. anyways try using a paw mirror to see the placement of it and hold it with your fingers on the little grip thingy and then push it contained by on a slight angle until the grip thingys are touchy your skin, then relase the tampon into yourself... sorry if thats confusing.. If you're leaking after maybe you're not using the right absorbency level? If not next wear a liner just to be safe.
And if it feel uncomfortable sometimes and fine the other times...maybe you're not putting it far plenty when it's uncomfortable.
.
its not eay to get used to . nor comfortable to explain / but i found easiest done when sitting on the toilet.. but if they arent comfortable dont use them hun . and if bleeding thru you are using one to small or leaving in to long . which can be unsafe . alot of people cant use them . I only do when i hold to .. I know you said how are you supposed to relax but just do it feel confident and dont really dream up about what your doing i used a tampon once and it was soooo strong to get it in too. and if your bleeding through ur lower than wear then wear a very diluted panty liner.
If your still leaking, then you probably obligation a bigger tampon. I've never been able to insert one any, but i've only tried twice, and it was unconfortable both times. and hurt approaching HELL to get out.
how to:
