Wanting to start using a tampon?? girls lone!?
anyways im going to Singapore for christmas near my family, we go to sea parks and i love to go swimming,im worried i might get my time when we are going to go, i dont like chitchat to my mum about periods and stuff, to awkward.
so i want to buy some tampons and try them out on my length b4 we go just contained by case, what brands are really good to use?? im surrounded by australia FYI
Answers: I would try the libra or carefree mini slim tampons to start out with.. They are the smallest ones.. After you achieve out of the shower grab a mirror and just hold a try to put one in (when you have your length of course) and you will eventually get it.. thats how i learnt...
which ever brand you try... im within england... dont know if same brands lol just make sure you try the lightest ones as they are easier to use until you are used to them. also for the first few times of wearing one wear a runny pad just incase you've not inserted it correctly and percolate slightly. tampons can take some getting used to but i reckon once you've mastered inserting them... relax and angle the tampon to the small of your back, you'll find them great. OB is really flawless!! I started out using Tampax though.You know when you have the tampon in right because you cant quality it once put inside.If you feel the tampon after you put one in its NOT contained by all the way! :) Hope that make since.No one told me that when I started using tampons. they r good to turn swimming if ur on it but i would use tampax pearls or just regular tampax I agree or playtex gentle soar..
True, I probably use that brand, too. Get a really slender one until you're used to it. playtex sport is the best.

First off, your susposto relax (I hear it makes everything easier!)
Heres the rest:
Wash your hands and unwrap a fresh tampon. Stand or sit within a comfortable position: some women find it easiest to crouch down with knees apart or to stand with one foot on the toilet form or bath. Hold the applicator (where the ridges are on the tube) with the thumb and middle finger of one paw.
With the other hand spread the folds of skin around the vaginal opening. Place the tip of the outer tube of the tampon applicator (not the train with the cord hanging out) contained by the opening of your vagina.
The vagina slants upwards towards your back. So, benignly slide the applicator in an upwards and backwards direction. (It sometimes helps to slightly rotate or verbs the applicator from side to side). Stop pushing when your thumb and finger tough your body.
Still holding the applicator on the ridges, push the bottom of the small tube completely up inside the big tube. This slides the tampon out of the applicator and into your vagina.
Hold tightly onto the two tubes that are now one inside the other. Gently take out both applicator tubes together. (Wrap them surrounded by tissue and put them in a bin. The cardboard tubes can also be flushed away.) You'll see that the cord of the tampon is now lifeless down outside your body.
