If she has any lubrication or anyone else in the house own her put some of it on the tip of the tampon. She needs to sit on the toilet with her legs spread apart and relaxed. If she tenses up it will individual hurt. Have her insert it about half an inch contained by and the push the the top of the applicator all the way surrounded by. If she has lubrication it will help travel in. If it hurts having the tampon within it is because she has it in wrong or the flow is not similar up to the size of the tampon. The only reason I articulate you cannot help much is because you don't want to hurt her. If worse comes to worse she may need to in recent times double up on some toilet paper until she can get some pad from someone or go to the store..
uh i dont think you should be the one putting it surrounded by her. thats weird. anyway there are instructions on the box of tampons on how your sister, not you should put it contained by. its quite easy.if theres none on the box within are instructions on several internet sites. but if your sister just got her spell, you should probably start her on a pad first so she doesnt freak out on the whole concept of a tampon. you do not relief her first of all. make sure they are a awfully small size or it can seriously hurt her as for an explanation if she comforatable then just present her the box if not then explain to her as much as youknow also if they aren't the right size or if she really dosn't want to use a tampon in recent times put something there papertowels work and that should hold untill your parents get home and your a realy perfect person to try to help her.

If she's 14, she knows what to do. Either use toilet paper, and lots OR explain to her to take the tampon out of that stupid 'Applicator', lick/apply a LITTLE water to the back so it's moist then use her index finger to get it up nearby. When it's in place it won't feel too humiliated to sit/walk/run/etc.

first of all, as nice as a older brother you are and trying to assist your younger sister by putting or trying to help her put a tampon in nearby, i think your best choices are to buy her pads or only read the instructions on the bax Tell Her to Sit down And Place It The Tip Of The Tampon On Her Vagina. Slowly Push And Have Her Exhale. Hold You Breath And Go Slowly Try To Think Of Something Else While you Do It.Make Sure You Don't Hurt Her And Jabb It Up There. Make Sure She Isn't In Any Pain And She Will Have A Slight Discomfort.

well if she just started after it shouldn't be to heavy so just use a tablecloth or something until your parents get home. you don't want to take any probability of her inserting it wrong. srry.. cant help with the throwing up

This is kind of wierd. YOU shouldn't aid her at all! Tell her to go into the bathroom BY HERSELF and read the little composition that is in the tampon box, it tell her how with pictures and everything. Don't help her!
Tell her to relax, and follow the instructions contained by the box.

dont tolerate her use it... it isnt good for someone just starting.build her use toilet paper... just grasp a lot and have her put it on her undies... and skulk until your parents return she needs to change this every so repeatedly she cAN put it in... w3ll it depends how old she is... and next to the tampons there r instructions on how 2 put it in.
