I'm not exercising, I put away more than common and I'm still losing counterbalance?

I don't need or want to lose any more, but I still am! Any reason(s) why this might be?

I haven't exercised in months and I do sometimes pig out on stuff resembling doughnuts. So I don't get how I'm still losing weight.

Sometimes being depressed can cause loss of counterweight even though you`re eating well. If that is to say not the case i suggest that you see a doctor. You may have a thyroid problem move about see a doctor ASAP..
