I was in my Ballet class and I did this hop and suddenly my heart beat very express for like 1 hour and did not stop until one hour or more had slip away. Sometimes this happens after I eat caramel or toffees. Could you please minister to me answer why this happened. My mum thinks this is an allegry.

Answers:    Your mom is right that this could be an allergic sensitivity to the caramel but this could also be related to some of the exercise you did (an example only).

Also, a very rapid heartbeat can be an indication of a problem near the thyroid such as hypothyroidism (where the thyroid is functioning at low levels).
