It's preferred that you wear a tampon that fits your flow. But however if you choose to wear a super tampon for two hours at a time, you should be fine. If you're concerned about it, you can put a pad or pantyliner on along near your tampon. Best of luck girl!

you'll be good to go! If this is one of your first period your cycle and amount of flow could change, but your usually lighter when you first start having period but the first couple of days are the heaviest. But make sure that you don't take out the tampon to hasty or it could be painful!

you could probably use just a mundane one.. but if the super feels better for you, thats fine. you shoudn't leak. and you could also bestow it in a little longer than 2 hours.. since your flow is regular, you could probably wear it for something like 4 to 5 hours..
