Did you just shave it normally, next to a razor?Assuming it was a drizzly shave with shaving gel, I'm really not sure why it hurts. Could you have have a reaction maybe? I'm not sure what else you can do because if you put cream on it to soothe it, afterwards it's possible you could get ingrowing hairs and little spots because the pores are begin and then you fill them beside lotion!Try and persevere, it grows back pretty suddenly, but it will most likely itch as it grows. Always go down when shaving and not up or against the hair growth.
