Some tampons have the cardboard applicator. I'm not sure about OB, I've other used Tampax. I think the ones with the plastic applicator are much easier to insert. Try Tampax Pearl.
OMG! HELP! someone, please backing me...please?
It's scratchy because it was inserted incorrectly. When insercted correctly there will be no cramp or cramping. The best way to insert a tampon is to put your foot up on the sink or while your sitting on the toilet. Unless your dry it will slide in glibly. If while trying to insert it and you feel it stop take it out and try again (with a hot tampon). The reason why it fell out was because it be not inserted correctly as well. You may need to practice a few times formerly mastering the technique of tampon insertion.Good Luck!
Has anyone taken Robinul and have a tardy time of year?
Relax when you insert it, the muscles in your vagina tighten when you get jittery. Try using a small tampon for your first few times to get your body used to them. It does take practice so be forgiving. If it slipped out, then it probably wasn't in far adequate, or it may not have been a elevated enough absorbency for your flow. The number of droplets on the box will tell you how what is best for your flow, (1 - 2 drops, neutral flow.3 - 4 drops, medium flow..etc) You may have feel light headed because you be nervous about putting within the tampon, and so all the blood rushed to your head and made you dizzy. Try sitting or squating when you insert it. Hope this helpHPT! distrustful at what would be 3 weeks preg....?
try a different type of tampon that always seems to be the switch... the tampons with the cardboard things hurt so much, i like the plastic stuff, similar to pearl..and you probably inserted it at a wrong angle, just keep practicing till it feel comfortable. if it hurts dont leave it in. and if it feel dry when inserting dont insert it
