Tampon abet.Im 12?

Ok well me and my BEST friend walked down to the walgreens and we be bored and I had a spare of about approaching 15 dollars so we got some candy and she dared me to buy a box of tampons...(How embarrasing) ok so anyway we be both on are period today and I said ok you put one in ...she go into the bathroom and put one in and was approaching omg I did it...so she said you try...and I couldnt get it in...So unsophisticatedly how do u insert a tampon??

Wash your hands and unwrap a fresh tampon. Stand or sit in a comfortable position: some women find it easiest to crouch down near knees apart or to stand with one foot on the toilet seat or tub. Hold the applicator (where the ridges are on the tube) with the thumb and middle finger of one hand.

With the other appendage spread the folds of skin around the vaginal opening. Place the tip of the outer tube of the tampon applicator (not the end near the cord hanging out) in the initial of your vagina.
The vagina slants upwards towards your back. So, gently slide the applicator surrounded by an upwards and backwards direction. (It sometimes helps to slightly rotate or twist the applicator from side to side). Stop pushing when your thumb and finger tough your body.

Still holding the applicator on the ridges, push the bottom of the small tube completely up inside the big tube. This slides the tampon out of the applicator and into your vagina.

Hold tightly onto the two tubes that are in a minute one inside the other. Gently take out both applicator tubes together. (Wrap them in tissue and put them surrounded by a bin. The cardboard tubes can also be flushed away.) You'll see that the cord of the tampon is now hanging down outside your body.

2. Open the tampon and find your vagina hole.
3. Keep your finger in that and open up your hole with your other finger. 4. Slowly insert the tampon. 5. If you can fell it within there or it doesnt fell right take it out and try again next to a fresh one..

Well its really easy.. you place the applicator in your vagina and press the plunger consequently pull out the applicator. but keep within mind that when you do it the first few times you might not get the applicator in far satisfactory at it will feel like it is falling out .. its kinda practice make perfect kinda thing... trial and error... but nearby is also a leaflet that has pictures and directions of how to insert them inside the box of tampons... also its not shameful you will have to do it atleast once a month for about the subsequent 50 years. the embarrasment tends to ware off after a while... look infront of a mirror and see where on earth your hole is and then if you can find it you can put a finger up it makesur you wash it first after do it anyway so do that and the you can easily find it and you should only use lite tampons k lots of love :).

Read the directs really scarcely and make sure its at and angle and make sure its really small. Your hymen might also not be broken, So next time u try push kinda hard and it'll hurt a short time but but after that everything will be fine and u wont feel it! goood luck!
