Answers: emmmm... well what i would do is get a hot sea bottle and place it on my lower body... it soothes my cramps...
also i usually would drink alot of warm drinks like a cup of heat milk..
sometimes going to the toliet helps aswell... (my opinion) ^^

The simple and cheap way to help beside cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an orgasm by masturbating. It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does help lots... and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while.

Bananas abet with leg cramps because of the potassium but, I don't think it works for feminine cramps. It sounds like you have a muscle cramp from strenuous commotion. Think about what you did yesterday or just past the cramp started, what was it? Take some naproxin (aleve) which you can buy at any store. If it doesn't go away after call your doctor and ask what you should do. No babe, you just hold to wait it out. But i know that eating grapes stretches the stomach. That's what i get through when i get cramps while playing soccer..
