I involve facilitate or info on tampons?
Answers: I started wearing a tampon at age 11, and I'm 34 immediately.
I prefer them over pads and are excellent to use for physical activities and a must for wet sports.
Try tampax pearl lites first. They are very slender with a plastic applicator.

First of adjectives, just because your friends are doing it doesn't mean you have need of to. If you are happy with pad, stick to pads.
If you do decide to try tampons, remember that it will pinch some time to get used to it. Don't do a"dry run" with a tampon (ie, inserting it when you're not bleeding) because you really want all the blood in near to help get it surrounded by (and out) smoothly. I wish someone had told ME that when I tried tampons for the first time!
As an alternative to tampons, consider a menstrual cup. These enjoy been around since the 1930s, but are now much superior in design. You insert a small silicone cup in your vagina (it sits where on earth a tampon would sit) and it catches the flow. You can go 6-12 hours lacking emptying it, it lasts 10 years, costs smaller quantity than a year of disposable products, is environmentally sound, you do not run the risk of infection (Toxic Shock Syndrome) as you do with using tampons and you can even swim in need the tampon getting waterlogged. When you need to empty it, you verbs it out and rinse it in the sink or wipe it with toilet treatise if you're in public (and then rinse it when you grasp home). And put it right back in. They label teen-size ones too..
You shouldn't feel you need to use a tampon simply because all your friends do! Although if you really want to try, make sure you're economically prepared for it. No, tampons don't hurt at all. If you want to use a tampon, the main article is to relax or else your muscles will be too tense and you won't know how to stick it in. There are clear instructions in the pack. I reccomend tampax slimfits, they're the best for beginners. I'm 13 and the first time I used tampons, i've have no problem at all. don't worry i be like you i only started using them a while ago they don't hurt AT ALL and believe me you will perceive waaay more fresh and clean using them and you wont be worrying much about ur period! try wearing one for an hour or so and if youdon'tt like it you could use a pad there's nought wrong with them if its what makes you get the impression comfortable, or wear a pad at night newly and tampons during the daythat'sts what i do sometimes! good luck sweetie =].
Well, if you have never have sex before it might be a bit uncomfortable upon insertion the first few times. Read the directions past using it. Never leave it in for more than 6 hours or you could seize terrible infections. Don't be scared though. My single suggestion would be after you insert the tampon don't forget to the pull out the plastic applicator! I did that my first time and finally realized that's why it hurt so doomed to failure! nooo don't feel pressured to use one! Only use whats comfortable. You can try them and see if you like them. they are great and you wont even discern them. I got my first period later month and i used them for my first period, i was fine. Just try it out and im SURE you will LOVE them 1000times better than pad. goodluck!.
no there no big deal at adjectives. ive been using them since i was 12. it seem really scary at first but its no big deal. u shouldnt know how to feel it at all. it is bearing more comfertable them pads because pads are similar to wereing a giant diper. trust me tampons are the way to go It wont hut once you find the right tampon for your body. The switch thing to remember when inserting one is to stay relaxed. Being tense is what make it hurt. Good luck!!
ps i would avoid the ones with the cardboard applictor!.
no, they don't hurt and they are so much better than pads
don't be anxious, they arent bad at all
