Tampons! I have been using them since I be 11 - my first period - over 25 years ago...
For me, pads are un-sanitary. Think in the order of it. You wear them on the outside of your body, and the blood is out there, too. That can cause odors and it newly wouldn't feel clean, any. Then you'd have to worry just about the pad riding up towards your rear and have leaks...why even bother wearing one then? You could start beside "Junior" size...Tampax makes that size. Also, you can wear a panty liner (NOT A PAD) with that contained by case of leaking, especially since the Junior/Slim sizes are not highly absorbant for heavy flows. Once you figure out how to use them, you can move up contained by size. The directions are on the box, and they are not hard to learn how to use. Just perserverance, and remember to relax, otherwise you will overexcited up and have a hard time getting it surrounded by. Remember, too, that you can NEVER, EVER lose a tampon up inside you. Its impossible. Your cervix (the neck of your uterus where the bleeding comes from) is process too small. If by chance you ever do lose the string, no worries! Has happened to me soooooooo copious times! The key is to relax. You can sit on the toilette. Get your fingers at the opening and only just push like you are having a bowel movement...hold on to stopping and starting until you can feel it with your fingers. It will eventually come out, so preserve trying. Don't leave it in within for long periods of time, either. Someone above mentioned something roughly speaking TSS (Toxic Shock Syndrome). If you keep a tampon in too long, microbes grows. Just keep that in mind and correction every 4 hours or so. I actually sleep w/ one in. If I carry up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the hours of darkness, especially if flow is heavy, I will change it. I hold, however slept through the night with one contained by. Just use common sense!

I personally approaching tampons better, because you can change them a lot smaller number often. Pads might be easier to change at academy, but I don't feel like I could live in need tampons. It took me a while to get it right, but it was totally worth it. If you are so reading light that you only use pantie liners though, you would probably hold to change the same amount, so it might not be worth it. Whatever you ponder, but I personally like tampons. Try them out and if you don't similar to them you can stop.Plz backing i enjoy pinworms and am markedly embarassed, any give a hand pleasee?
Tampon! Get the assorted box. I used a pad for 2 days on my first period and i said we i cant do this! So i get tampons, the rock, its not even like you have your interval! Like the first day you will figure out when you inevitability to change you tampon and stuff, but buy them! Wear like a lightday next to the tampon. I really like the plastic apliqators, but the first time i use a tampon i use the cardboard, they hurt but if you want to know the max pain you may bring back from a tampon buy a box of cardboard.!Oh it was so easy at college to change it and it never felt gross and i be 12 when i started using tampons

Personally I always found tampons to be easier at school (when i be older then you are). But that also depends how stocky your period is.But even today I have on point used both tampon and pantyliner together or separatly. Its your choice either way
Tampons are much better when you are out and just about (and at home for that matter). You don't feel gross and you aren't as likely to slick onto your panties. Panty liners are good for the first or concluding day of your period.
i am also 13 and i hold used a tampon about 3 times . it is cleaner but i prefer not 2 use dem as der is a risk of TSS which u can die from :( ... plus some people find dem slightly uncomfortable xx good luck tho x

Yah quit using the pantie liner and starting using tampons..they are more convinent for school and ultimate longger.

Tampons are so much easier that pantie liners. They are way smaller amount messy and just all around better. and especially for college tampons would be best cause they last longer.Morning after pill and birl control?
