Swimming girls solitary???

I use to be on the swim team. When i was approaching 13. And i was so good for lately being a beginner. They use to put me surrounded by front when we did laps in front of respectively other. Cause i would run into everybody if i was behind somebody end in i was so fast. But than i get my period. And i know it might sound stupid. But i quit. I despicable it. And it just made me not go to practices. Well presently i am 16. And i wounder where would i have be if i stuck with it. I am thinking about joining again. But i am not sure. Should i. I own a lot of things to do. I don't know if i should. And i never used a tampon before. So i would hold to start if so right. I really don't want to but i really want to see where swimming can bring me. Should i start to swim again. Is it hard to use a tampon?? I grain like if i don't do this than i will wounder forever.

Answers:    I believe that everyone needs to know how to do SOMETHING that they feel proud of. Being good at something can breed you proud of your efforts. It doesn't matter how old-fashioned you are, you also need to do something besides just the things you HAVE to do. Life get pretty boring when all you do is go to university or go to work, then walk home at the end of the day, devour dinner, watch TV, then shift to bed. A hobby that you enjoy adds spice to natural life and keeps things interesting.
My advise to you is to start swimming again. Yes, you will requirement to conquer your fears and learn to use a tampon, and that will open more doors for you, too :) It is not not easy. The directions are in the box.just follow the directions.
Even if you find that you don't savour swimming as much as you thought, keep trying other things until you find something that you really enjoy..
Even if you don't combine the swim team again, you don't have to verbs about being wounded forever! That's pretty unlikely, unless you put too much stress on it. But no, it isn't hard at all to use tampons once you achieve the hang of it. It may be a little self-conscious at first, but that's all. Just make sure you bring back the right size for you. There are teen websites that give instructions on how to use them, and some tampon boxes also have them right at hand. Well, think about it.

If you don't unite, you probably will regret it and can't change...

If you do join, you'll never regret, and can basically quit if you don't like using a tampon or swimming or having something more to do...

I would sign on, just to give it a shot again. You never know unless you try..
swim. don't agree to a fear of a tampon stop you! the first time is a bit hard once you get it in once (and tested it to ensure you've inserted it all the instrument in - ie no leakage) you should be right. choose a slim fit tampon with a silky cover. also, the first time you try to use one, dawdle until a heavy day of your term because it will make it easier. TOTALLY do swim team again. you never know until you try, and i'm sure you wouldn't want to wonder forever, right?

dont verbs about tampons. they hurt a little at first but after that you don't touch them at all. i promise its not as bad as you chew over. i thought the same thing. you'll be SO glad you switched to tampons. they are so much easier. .
ably, i tried using a tampon and it is really hard...wat i would say is of late try it out first though...don't use the cardboard ones because they are really thick, but try looking for a plastic tampon because those are very trouble-free even tho ive never used one. you shouldn't quit something you love just because of something that's happening to ur body Just step ahead and use one. Its not difficult unless ur just, DUUUUUUHHHHH....but if u cant figure it out, near are directions in the box

hope i helped!.
do it. don't verbs about the tampon, it'll be fine. just try it and you'll carry used to it. look at the pros and cons, the risk factor..

if you do it, you get this off your chest, you're pleased, you find out what swimming can bring you, it gives you a break from your busy life. sure there's the problems near the tampon, but hey, lots of people use those, and you know they're safe, so is at hand really any risk in using them?

if you don't you wonder forever.

if i were you i'd choose the first one.

correct luck.
i was on the swim team for 6 season. i always found tampons to be somewhat uncomfortable when i be younger, before i lost my virginity, but the slight discomfort is worth it to be able to save living your life normally. and honestly, you may guess this is gross, but i never even wore one except for at meets. during practice, i would just wear a black suit. not satisfactory blood comes out for it to be noticeable in the sea at all, i promise! and if you are worried about bleeding during stretches previously practice and whatnot, just put a pair of black shorts over your swimsuit until it is time to obtain in the water. at first even during meet i would not wear a tampon, i would just change wager on into my clothes between events and wear a pad until it was time for my subsequent event, but that got annoying quick and i fixed to just deal near the tampon. they're not really all that bad after you take used to them. hope this helps!

oh, and i agree with the girl below me...plastic applicator tampons close to kotex and playtex gentle glide are much more comfortable to put within than the cardboard ones like tampax, if you decide to administer them a try!
