How to return with rid of the saggy, wrinkly skin on a stomach, after givin birth?

'My aunty has given birth to her daughter over a year ago, in result she have extra exsecc fat on her stomach which appears to sagg and wrinkle... altough she hits the gym and has lost adjectives her weight...there is still that exta skin... what should she do? and she go she wouldnt even consider surgery...so what should she do ? :S

Answers:    There's this method that a lot of women contained by my culture uses after giving birth to help "pull" back their saggy stomach skin. Take a piece of long/stretch stuff and wrap it around the abdomen area TIGHTLY (not too tight, though) and wear it for a few weeks. It really works! My mother did this and I saw the results! Incredible! xD

I enjoy an "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each year to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm on the increase. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches; they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches. I don't know what to call them, but I saw it on Hip-Hop Abs. The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have very soon. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as various as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter without delay afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, purely jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other strength foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^

Join the club. That is the hardest entity to get rid of. I have tried adjectives kinds of crunches, sit ups, every exercise you can think of to grasp rid of that baby flab. I'm now 62, within great shape, but that darn flab is still there. When I asked my MD what I can do to get rid of, short of a tummy tuck, he said I have to live with it or get a tummy tuck. No gratitude, I've lived with it this long. I just skin it now. I'm sorry t o say that you can exercise your heart out and that "toddler fat" will not go away. Answer: liposuction.
