Stopped Birth Control mid-pack, does the bleeding count as a interval? ?

I had been taking ortho tri-lo for a few months, I have a dull pain in my ovaries 24-7 and it made my period even more painful than ever. I kept on taking them but when I started my 4th pack, I had lost them so I finished up starting my pack a day late. About a week subsequent I got horrible pains in my ovaries/uterus nouns and started spotting, it really freaked me out, so I stopped taking it a few days later. I was told you should enjoy withdrawal bleeding immediately but for a few days after stopping mid-pack, but it took about a week and a half, and I simply bled very little. My question is: Do I count that "deduction bleeding" as a period? If not I should've had my interval 2weeks ago, so I'm not really sure what to go by, as far as if I need to nick a pregnancy test b/c I'm late or newly not worry about it...

Any input?

*And yes I know I posted this quicker today but no one had answered!

Answers:    your sound out is a tad confusing.

but ummm today i got told that if you go sour your pills all of a sudden, then the term you get is not a real time of year. It is known as a fake time of year.

Are you going to go back on the pill?or only stay off for awhile?
i think you should jump to the doctor and talk to them about the twinge. They might try you on a different pill etc.
And they can sort out whats causing your pain!
also if you hold had unprotected sex then bring a pregnancy test just to engender sure you are not pregnant.Otherwise i think seeing the doc would be the best thing to do...

flawless luck.
Check with your gyno - make an appointment soon. You probably have a period and the spotting might mean that your body be reacting to the change within hormones being delivered by the pill. But, to be risk-free, see your doc. You should mention the pain and ask your doc if you should try a different pill. I had a problem beside Orto Novum and then switched to Tri-Phasil. It made a huge difference and I stopped spotting mid-steam. just hang down tight for a while, obviously, that pill didn't work like it should've for you so possibly you should'nt expect the same results others have have.just as your body needs time to adjust to the hormones you embezzle,it needs to adjust to the absence of them.definately find some other birth control that doesn't hurt you..
I'd utter it'd count as your period, and the reason it took more or less a week and a half is because your body does have some form of cycle set up on its own. I acquire some breakthrough bleeding if I skip a period on the patch, which my doctor said is just my body's usual cycle coming through a bit.

If it's really worrying you, check beside your doctor. Birth control shouldn't give you the symptoms you described while you're on it, perhaps you call for to try another brand or method.
