I am 14 in a half turning 15 within September. my nipple is flat brown spot on my breast and when im cold, it goes up.and at random times it go up..but when i get older...will it ever be forever like this?!?! please tell me im newly developing still and taht i will soon have a nipple...ugh is this normal?

EDIT: Real nipples aren't permanently up all the time. They are flat until stimulated.
