i have pms and im feeling really irratable.
i've be told about happy pills or something that should bring back me feeling more cheerful.
does anyone know what theyre called and where on earth i can get them?
is there anything i can bring from the supermarket to make me feel better?

Answers:    There are non-prescription pills for PMS at the drugstore. (Pamprin & Midol, for instance.) These will oblige get your cramps and headaches lower than control, and I've found that your mood will naturally lift when you don't hold those things to deal with. Try for a time chocolate and plenty of rest!.
I take Midol extra strength. It is wonderful. Stay away from caffeine, it adds to the frustration!...lol I other crave sugar and caffeine, but it only makes things worse for me. Take a year off of school or work and stay contained by bed watching t.v. all day near water and Midol! Drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent niggle, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort..
Premsyn PMS, Pamprin Maximum Strength
Estroven PMS

hope this helps.
