What is the average bulk for my altitude?

I'm a 15 year old freshman girl, and I've be a little concerned going on for my weight former times couple weeks, and I know I can't be too obeise because I play varsity basketball for my highschool. But I was wondering what the average cargo is for a 5ft 11in 15 yr old. Because I tried googling it and I didn't really know. My current bulk is 165. But I think I should be at 145-150.

Answers:    I'm three times your age but I also am 5'11" and also played varsity basketball as a freshman. I do believe 145 to 150 is correct as to a nutritious weight roughly speaking but depending on your bone frame that can vary up or down . Also because you are athletic and you enjoy good muscle mass, you may weigh a short time more because muscle is heavier than fat. I can't remember its be so long ago but I believe I did weigh close to your weight when I be muscled and in condition. Nowdays they are more concerned next to your percentage of fat to muscle than a moment ago basing it on your rise and weight and age because of the above mentioned variances that want to factor in. I hear somewhere to pinch the skin at your waist, If it is more than 1 inch thick you may hold too much fat but to be precise not the best scientific track to determine it. I suggest if you are concerned talk to your physician who know how to factor in adjectives those variables but sounds to me like you are at a robust weight for an athelete of your distance from the ground and age. Lucky you to be tall and slim. I hold been adjectives my life and enjoy never had to verbs about my bulk. Got any plans for professional BB? Or College? I had a full BB award to college. yes i also enjoy to lose weight to be for a moment more healthy. but it also depends on ur body type.

im trying to lose substance but slowely. if u do it too fast next ull gain it back plus more!!

165 is considered in good health. 145-150 is healthy too. You shouldn't be concerned in the region of your weight. 185 is for a moment overweight. 300 = OMG.

The taller you get, the more you should weigh. If you be 5'0 you'd probably want to weigh in at nearly 100 at the most.
i think a flawless weight for you to be at is 150. i checked the BMI for that shipment and it is average. 165 is also average but a little unhealthy. hope i helped. i am 13 and i own already lost 21 pounds. if i can do it, anyone can.lol
