I used to own that insurance until I turned 22 and was off my parent's plan and they (meaning blue cross/blue shield) wouldn't permit me back on because of a preexisting condition.. even though I was already on it for years prior. Anyway, I'm remarkably bitter when it comes to health insurance. I can't get any, when I obligation it the most. That's ridiculous. So I'm going to give it a 3. 8 i have have it for a long time and i love it!
