Is it a moment ago inheritance?
Answers: Its simply your hormones, i'm 25 and suffer from bleak acne and have done since the age of 12, over the years i've tried loads of products, wasted lots of money and none of them hold worked for me, though they might for some other people, i've also tried various pills etc from the Dermatologist and none of that have worked either, so despite what some say here is no simple cure for spots, there may be lots of stuff out there but it dosn't nessarily work for adjectives, I don't smoke, take drugs etc but my skin is bad and its completely ruined my confidence because romantic people are stupid at assuming that in this morning and age there is no reason to walk around with spots but the truth is for some of us nothing works, I know a female in her sixties who suffers from terrible acne and have to cover her face up in the summer sun cos it make her face really sore and nowt has worked for her any, i'm sick of judgmental people when i'm out and about who've made my go hell, we all lose our looks when we are old anyway, some folk are so vain..
Have you tried proactiv? A little pricey but specifically worth it. My skin was horrible from all the different treatments I enjoy had for endometriosis plus anesthetic etc. You have to use it for at smallest 3-4 weeks before you see improvement and it may seem to be to get worse for awhile. According to the proactiv literature a lot have to do with genetics, hormones, etc. Dairy products don't oblige but greasy foods, chocolate are not a cause. Hope this helps! The secretive to beautiful and flawless skin. Lies imbetween a mans legs...
Research it, adjectives the Enzymes, vitamins etc in sperm come from the Man himself, you can't get adjectives that natural goodness surrounded by a tube of Olay skin care..
I don't think any of the products on the open market work so i don't buy any of them but my daughter swears that Freederm does :) Well genetics may play a part contained by certain skin conditions we are more prone to-Acne etc. With regards to black head and open pores; if one has widen pores and greasy skin, it creates a good breading ground for bacteria and dirt get clogged in the open pores, thus creating blackheads and spots. It is not easy to get rid of open pores, but black heads/spots are preventable. I am a total form and fitness freak and I have had acne, so it isn't something that of late unhealthy people obtain. I use Dermalogica's 'anti-bac' skin wash, it is a considered purchase, but well worth it as abundant people recommend...or just Clearasil's anti bacterial skin rinse (all of these contain systillic acid).. I also religiously cleanse my face twice daily, never using like face cloth more than once without wash it.I am black head free... of course prevention is better than a cure, try getting your spots and black head under control, gentle exfoliating help, but don't go mad next to it, I disagree with micro-dermabrasion as I feel it strips the skin and overtime will hasten ageing of the skin. Also try and save your skin as grease free as possible, use oil free products.
If your spots are quite discouraging and inflamed at the moment, try asking your GP for a course of antibiotics (it may take awhile to work) to get your skin rear legs under control. Once under control a honest daily routine should prevent backheads.I agree with above posters, none of the other so call 'wonder' creams work. The problem with Proactiv, is it dries the skin over time, creating another issue.
