Please serve. Could I have need of surgery?

I have a bump on my cheek. Kinda at that bone on the bottom. It's on the right side. It's been within for months. I think it's getting worse. Before it hurt when pressure was applied to it. Now it hurts almost adjectives time, especially when I open my mouth. My dad said I bumped it, but he didnt know how long its been here for. One of my friends said it could be an ulcer. And another said I could need surgery, and they might entail to cut my chin open to saw the bump off. Nobody seem to know for a fact what's wrong with me, and I'm upset now.

Answers:    I dont think your friends know what they're chitchat about! i think you are worrying over nought hun! your dad is right you probably did bump it. its okay i worry about minor stuff similar to that too, but just wait it out a touch bit. put ice on it 3 times a day. if it's still here in a few weeks you can see a doctor but i highly doubt its a big agreement!.
ok first if all you need to stop worrying something like the bad things. it probably isn't as bad as you are thinking. since it have been there for a long time you necessitate to get to the doctor to get it checked because if it is something unpromising the longer its there, the worse it is for you, especially if its getting bigger and hurting more. it could be something simple that the doctor can give you a medication for a clear it up. dutiful luck, and try not to be scared, just travel get it checked. Bone new growth contained by medicine is called OSTEOMA. The mandible normally makes growths like this due to dental problems similar to tooth abscess and dental malformation. Xray of your jaw is called for to know if surgery is required since not all cyst of the mandible needs surgery. One indication of surgery is when the cyst will be an initiating dash for fracture. Most of these new growths are not cancer..
why in the world would you alarm yourself other then go to the doctor? its probably a stopped up gland and it couldn't be too bleak i bet. it sounds like that but you have to be in motion to the doctor and surely its nothing too serious. if it is cause of you waiting so long but i am sure its not too serious simply dont' wait too long next time shift. Make an appointment with your doctor asap. You could have a swollen/infected gland, cyst or tumor, but simply your doctor will know for sure. If the bump hasn't disappeared & has gotten worse, don't delay. Get to your doctor so that he can allay adjectives of your worst fears. .
Is it external and something you can see, or is it internal? How old are you? Sounds like a tooth issue. You obligation to go to the doctor first. Don't be scared-- talk to your parent and tolerate them know what is going on. is the bump under the skin? Is it hard or mushy? It could be like mad of things- go see a doctor.
Not trying to scare you- but hold you considered skin cancer? Kind of sounds like Melanoma to me... so I would get it checked.

Good luck!.
sorry i can't lend a hand..i think u need to move about to the doctor.hope ur fine ^-^
