How do bananas relief your cramps?

bananas are high in potasium, i know that but what does potasium do to oblige?

Answers:    When your muscles cramp, they release something called lactic acid. Lactic tart is what makes you hurt. In order to avoid that, or shut past its sell-by date the release of the acid, you need potassium. That is why ancestors say to eat a banana to relieve cramps. It works for some, and for others it doesn't. .
i focus potassium strengthens something, so makes it not hurt as bad. i really don't know, haha. worthy question though. :]

oh, and if you have cramps, get through bananas and milk together.
