Answers:    Well over the second few years, I was having really cumbersome painful periods. Also my period were always 3 weeks overdue and the PMS would start the three weeks previously this, so all in adjectives 3 weeks of hell.
Well then my sister introduced me to evening primrose oil.
I didn't guess it would work, but it said that it was good for your skin also so I took them. And surprisingly for the first time within around 5 years my period was prompt and I experience NO pms or tender breasts! NOTHING!! My period isn't at all substantial this time either. So I would suggest you try EVENING PRIMROSE OIL, its even helped me to loose substance as I haven't spent the 3 weeks of hell craving food all of the time..
Sorry to hear you are going through this nightmare every month - I used to before my period stopped (through losing both ovaries owing to cysts, in my 40s).

One friend finds that Progesterone pessaries (Cyclogest) help her PMT, as these are unconscious progesterone, not artificial like Provera pills. Also eating regular carbohydrates approaching bread, pasta, rice (not sugary stuff) every 3-4 hours can help stop drops in blood sugar which trademark things worse. Some find cutting out caffeine can help.

Just a few thoughts, hope you find something that help. It might be worth asking your Dr if the "Pill" is the best thing for you, too. If you are in your 30s or 40s, near is a huge device called the Mirena coil which fits inside your womb and releases hormones at the right time, as well as person a contraceptive - not quite sure of all the facts on this, but deduce it can help with PMS.

I sometimes embezzle Hyland's Calm Forte. It's an herbal mix that helps to calm you down. I also filch Valerian root. They do a decent job to give a hand keep me calm and relaxed. I also try to find plenty of rest and I do sleep a lot more around this time if I have trouble dealing beside my emotions. I keep myself busy near my hobbies whether it be gaming or crochet. I like to do things that take my mind completely rotten how I am feeling.
Are you sure your birth control isn't making your PMS worse? I only as because I be tried two different kinds of birth control pills and I went sour both of them because they made my PMS much worse and my periods ten times worse. You might want to talk to your doctor just about how you are feeling and see if they think you should try another pill.
I hope you touch better!.
You may have PMDD (pre menstrual dysphoric disorder) It is severely hormonal and can be accompanied by severe cramps nausea and bloating. I would agree to a gyno. during that week so they can see it first hand. It could also be a form of depression heightened by your time. There are plenty of options, so stay as composed as you can. (And keep your faith!) You could try getting stale of the pill, sometimes they have worse side affects, and do more harm than honest. Its better to just be off of it, and move about natural. But that, of course, is your result. Otherwise, getting proper exercise and eating right can elieviate PMS.
