Answers: it might be just hormones or possibly your bloated. try some light excersice to make you be aware of better because sitting around will most likely make you touch even more fat. hope this helps..
Just know that you are surrounded by the company of millions of other women! You 'feel' fat and ugly because of the PMS, you are not obese and ugly. If you are experiencing pain/cramps, try a midol. If it's just your mental state then try exercising to release some endorphins to make you happier. Not enthusiastic exercise, but maybe a light step or some yoga. I think it would really help.

Almost all women get the impression this way around their periods. It's conventional, just realize that its a period item and you are not fat/gained any weight! I know how you feel though, it's close to you just want to stay at home because you don't look good within anything. I try to avoid the mirror around that time! Ah, I know what you mean! Ever since I started working out, I feel seriously better during that period. Also the bloating is not as much, the cramping is pretty relieved and here's the best part: the length got a lot shorter/lighter.

it sounds close to you get bloated during your period. don't devour anything with salt or cast-offs food, it will make it worse, do some exercises and don't sit around, get moving, you should surface better in no time.
