Having plenty of Zinc, Calcium, and B vitamins can help ease pains,
Plus, if you don't own a heating pad, you can label one by filling a tube sock with rice and heat it in a microwave over for a few minutes..
Put a heating wad over your stomach or back where ever the pains are. And consumption Bananas also helps alot of girls. Have you tried PMS tea. you can get it almost anywhere..that works wonders too.

I get them horrible sometimes myself. Horrible. I take a big high dosage of pain executioner. I do something I can't mention. And then I sit with a heat pad for a an hour or until I fall asleep. I hope you have a feeling better! sleep always helps me. I know it's not easy to get yourself to relax and fall asleep when you're surrounded by so much pain, but try it. Unless that it is you have influential stuff to do today. .
i sometimes have really bad cramps too
it other helps when i oinch my skin on my wrist for 30 seconds and that should moderate the pain

I other take a warm tub or use a heating pad it take a while but its always helped me Good Luck! If your cramps are really unpromising, talk to your doctor about one put on birth control pills. They do Really help with pains..
Is the dull pain on one side? excersise is supposed to help?.
