ok so i have pcos no periods. final week i had really bad pains surrounded by my ovaries.. and for like a week now i've be bleeding and having big blood clots.. the size of golf balls... I basically took a pregnancy test and it was gloomy.. What could be wrong?

Answers:    So far I have been told it is adjectives part of the PCOS. It could be the cysts bursting. But I am intrested to see if it is something else as well. I hold had PCOS for about 3 1/2 years and I hold the same feeling more or less 1 week every 2 or 3 months..
