Ehhhh. spell problems.....?

oooooooook. so im i just turned thirteen and got my interval for the third time... whenever i have it i get really impossible back cramps and bleed heavily for atleast a week. it sucks... and tips or advice?

Answers:    midol.
I would articulate midol for cramps and some tea and a hot bath followed by a cute little chick flick and a hot water bottle on your tummy where on earth it hurts will solve everything. Well it does for me anyways. :)
If it gets really bad adjectives you can do is relax. Good luck! :) Advil really does the trick for me...and. believe it or not, exercise does as well. Try taking a walk or a frothy jog or something along those lines. Then when you get stern, a heating pad on your lowerback (or where it hurts) and a nice warm bath help out : )

Don't worry, it get's better : ).
eat chocolate, and if you resembling drink coffee, caffiene is the active ingrediant in midol, so because coffee and chocolate both contain it, it help just as well. you can also try soaking surrounded by a hot bath to relaz the muscles Midol really helps...
its a pill that you bring every twelve hours and it stops all the hurting:)
you can get it at any pharmacy store: rite aid, longsdrugs, ect.
i used to cramp so much that i couldn't move.
i swear it works.
Neither Midol nor Tylenol did the trick for me ..lone Advil does it ..it takes the cramps away within 30 minutes and also reduce heavy flow ..it was my familial doctor who advised me to switch to Advil You can take Midol. Most teen girls use it. It is not unpromising. Take 2 a day.. For the days you have ur term.. .
just think positive- it will merely last a week. chill and relax, dont get stressed out. Eat yummy foods. lol put a heat pad on your abdomen to lend a hand the cramps..
Aleve is the only thing that relieves my cramps midol absolutely..
midol for teens
