My ex and I dated for about three years, we are still friends, but anyways. We are young adults, for those curious! Just within the middle of last year we began to hold sex, since then we have lone done it like 10 or less times. He be my second and with my first we only have sex like 3 times. When we have sex, it ALWAYS hurts close to it's the first time and it's hard for him to go adjectives the way in! I be wondering is this normal, to experience pain every time? I be thinking maybe it's b/c I am not that sexually active?? Also I do kegel exercises similar to at least twice a week. Should I stop doing them?? What's wrong will I ever be able to simply jump on and go (LOL!)or will it other be painful?

It could very okay be that you aren't that sexually active. It could also be that you are tense. If you aren't relaxed, after your vaginal muscles aren't either -- this can cause distress. Try to relax. Also, make sure that you are properly lubricated. Make sure that there is plenty of foreplay in the past intercourse. If you need to, use a lubricant, there are plenty out in that to choose from.

I would give myself a year if I were you and after that if you are still have pain, mention it to your gyn.

its not typical to experience pain every time. You may not have ample lubrication because that could make sex very raw. purchase some ky jelly or something from wal mart. You need to relax when you have sex (if you're not already doing so) because if you worried up that can make it hurt more. it will not always be sensitive. It hurt the first 3 or 4 times I did it.
