Answers: It's really not painful at adjectives, if inserted correctly. And it's easy :) If you still have your hymen, try starting out beside a tampon that has a plastic applicator, they glide contained by easier. Also, for your first time, try inserting a light absorbency tampon. They're smaller.
Just breathe, and relax. Put a foot up on the edge of the toilet or the tub, or a moment ago squat a little bit. Insert the tampon in newly a little, about 1/2 an inch or so, push up on the applicator and it will slide right surrounded by! Then you pull out the applicator and you're done.
When the tampon is full, it will come out easily if you tug on it. If it's ill-equipped, it will resist a little.

It is not at all painfull and it CANNOT break your virginity. You of late need to relax your muscles and do what the instructions on the leaflet tell you to do. I've been using it for the past 6 years and own never yet experienced any problems with it.
Aw its not sore, might be uncomfy the first time if you have your hymen but i dont think it will cause much difference, i'd say buy some tampons and have a practice on your time of year before you go on holiday, after you know what your doing =]

Since you are a virgin it will be uncomfortable for you. If it is 'painful' next definitely do not use them. If you still want to use one, start with the slim size.
