I just started using contacts a few days ago (acuvue 2) I'm rubbing, rinsing, and soaking them in their multi-purpose cleanser and doing everything as faultlessly as I can. so is it normal to see tiny little fibers sticking to the lens when you hold it up to the light??

No situation how carefully I clean it and dry my hand with a lint-free towel I still end up seeing those little fibers! Not affecting my figment of the imagination though.. just annoying.. are they normal?

yeah, its pretty common. as long as your lenses dont bother you when you put them in, then it should be fine. i find those all the time, and its SO annoying

i like to donate my hands to dry naturally after wash my hands to ensure i don't get any fibre at all on my hands. also, everybody get floaters in their eyes, regardless of whether they wear contact lenses
there are also a few conditions which could effect increased floaters, which are rare, but it's probably worth going to see the opticians
you might benefit from a change surrounded by solution, but contact lenses are a fiddley business that takes practise, so i'd say you should set out it for two weeks, and then if you're still getting problems go to your opticians

well if you wear makeup, it might be little sparkles from your makeup building up on your contact. it cant be anything else. next time you stir to the doctors, ask him, or her. but yeah, if it doesnt hurt or effect your vision, then your adjectives set.
