My sister is in 21st week now. she come to know her cervix is wide open end week. she has undergone cercloge last monday. She is surrounded by total bedrest except for shower and restroom.

Can you pls tell me how safe would be the kid now and what are the precaution measures she has to follow.

Answers:    She must follow the bedrest information! ONLY get up if absolutely important to bathe and go to the restroom. I have a cerclage with both pregnancies. The first I still ended up giving birth at 25 weeks. The second almost 38. She can do it. Good luck!.
