Let her enjoy have a later period. I believe that period may occur between the ages of 9 a 16. So, until she turns 16, I wouldn't really be worrying.
My friend's cousin was lucky satisfactory to have had her term at the age of 16. It probably freaked her out a little, but yeah, it's normal.

I didnt get mine til 14 and its completely normal in a minute..
and I got some of that other stuff earlier.. except boobs.. It adjectives started really growing after I got my period. go from absolutely flat boobs to d cup in roughly speaking a year.

Its totally ok, it ranges between 8-16 years matured. It's normal if it doesn't start in the previously ages. Everyone has their time, but if it doesn't start by the time shes 16, take her to a doctor to see whats going on. Yes, it's clearly normal. Girls do not stop developing until around 18. I've had friends who didn't get hold of theirs until they were 15 and 16..
