when I got pregnant, I noticed that here was that too.. but my doctor said that you can squeeze white stuff out of your nipples from puberty on.. until you die. She was similar to 60 & she said "if I squeeze mine, stuff would come out right now" and she hadn't had a kid in similar to 30 years at least.

it doesn't necessarily mean she's pregnant, but I deem she should take a test only just in case.
