My First Period School - Help..
Sometimes my tampon won't go in, how can I put together it go in in need forcing it?
Ah, do I just act regular when im in school beside my period?
Answers: You will always get the impression awkward, it just because you are uncomfortable, and moody. Not to mention you other feel like others know you are on it.
On days that you can't achieve the tampon in use a pad. Buy the strong, medium size ones and wear regular panties and jogging pant instead of shorts to gym. Sooner or later you will get the droop of tampons. They are hard, I am 20 and I still can't use them.
As for trying to act commonplace, the first hour of school you will be scared but as the daylight goes on you will forget it is there until time to use the bathroom/change.
Be sure to tweaking ever four hours or if it gets full. What ever comes first. Just ask the teacher if you can move about to the bathroom, if they say no, in a hinting vocie read out "it is an emergency" They will get the hint..
Just accomplishment normal, nobody else can tell. PE is obnoxious but you will survive (and if you're self-conscious roughly changing in front of relatives, you can change in a bathroom stall). If you're have difficulty with tampons, either try a smaller size (I believe tampax make "slim" ones that are thinner), use a little lube (ky jelly) on the end, or use one beside an easy to use applicator (tampax pearl or playtex are good --the plastic ones are best to start with). okay when it comes to P.E. do you suggest like dressing down or what?
if that's the case than it's totally regular and it's fine, but a period has never bothered me during P.E. and it is in truth good for you to excersize when you are on your period, it help you to not have cramps...
And if you are having trouble next to tampons I would suggest maybe pads or something...
At institution its fine, just act run of the mill, it's okay because every girl gets their period so at some time during the month, they are on it near you! So it is fine!

Honestly, you CAN tell your mannish P.E. teacher. There isn't much you can do, if you don't tell him. He will follow, because it's not like he hasn't heard around it before. You could ask him for a pass to the nurse, because she will know whats up. At P.E. you can relay your teacher that you are on your period (sometimes you freshly HAVE to tell them.. it's for the best) and they will understand. They will agree to you sit out. Or you can get a note from a parent to your mentor.
And about the tampon, you just enjoy to force it. That's how it works.

i'm no woman so i don't know how to react to that but normally when i saw a girl contained by my class ask to go to the toilet the teachers would be close to yeah sure, because they know it's that time of a girl's life and the female teacher should know that too because they've beenthrought it themself's Put K-Y jelly on the applicator of the tampon and the outsides of your vagina. Its helps it glide contained by really easy cuz its so slippery .
umm idk about tampons because i dont wear them
but yea u only act normal if it happen in school

I'd recommend trying a wipe with wings. There'll be smaller quantity of a chance of leakage and they flex better than tampons and are also more comfortable. achievement normal

and i recomed a pad (much comfterbale).
i got my interval at school 2 just ask to travel to the nurse for a pad and just use pad and keep the physicality light use pad so you wont be scared. and since it's PE, why don't use the one w/ wings.
idk bout your institution but at my school my P.E teacher other sits in her office so we basically all sit and talk and listen to music, etc. so i a moment ago wear pads. well deed like you normally do and I don`t know wear a pad in gym .
