I cannot get a tampon in, I've tried everything on WomenAnswers.org. I read some girls speak its easier if you lie down. I tried that. I make sure I'm relaxed I'm not agitated. I'm just frustrated. Its like I don't even own a hole. But I know I do if I didn't I wouldn't have a period. It's so annoying I even hold a women's health book and I tried how they showed. Because they said sometimes you have to put it within a different angle. And I was on the phone with a friend and she tried helping. Nothing works! Is nearby any other possible way? I get them contained by like a centimeter but it won't go up at adjectives. What if I can't even have kids because I won't be able to do "it" beside my husband ): How do I get a tampon in???

By the opening, I'm 14 I don't know if thats a reason why.

Hmm I am 13. U probably can do "it". Try to sit down on the toilet seat legs spread apart, filch a hand mirror and look at the hole than angle the tampon up to your lower back and put the mirror down and try to draw from the tampon in nice and easy. When your fingers touch the skin than push the bottom of the applicator. Hope I help. Just try angling it towards your tailbone and going slow. Try putting in a tampon on one of your heavier days, and make sure its the right size. If your 14, try a oil lamp or regular one. I'm 14 and I use light ones. It just take practice and patience..

i was able to do it when i be on the toilet, and did not use a mirror.
and i guesstimated where to put it in, and BAM!!

i had/have the same problem. i am so humiliated by my nearest and dearest that i refuse to try again, so i just use tampons. but if you can do it, please agree to me know, it will probably give me hope. try your middle finger, you should be able to bring back that in to your knuckle. That will also help you find the angle..
