What is wrong??????????????????????

I am 14. I diet and excersice almost everyday. Normally after 2 weeks i gain like all teh lbs i a moment ago lose in those 2 weeks only surrounded by about 2 days. When that happens I draw from really hungry and i always want to eat. I can never get hold of myself to get back on my diet or excersice surrounded by those two days. What the heck is wrong wit me?

Answers:    your too young to be dieting like this! your body is still growing so logically your going to be hungry. dont try to lose weight just try to stay able-bodied. dont diet, just eat good and smart. best of luck!

At 14, plentifully of girls feel the pressure to be thin, but others see the want to be healthy. Take a moment and think around what your goal is with the dieting and exercise - is it to be in good health and lean or solely to lose weight? Your body is growing and changing, so this is a time where on earth it needs the most nutrients. You only receive one body, so make sure you take carefulness of it properly..
