So I have extrememly uneven boobs and I hold since high school. They be developing evenly for about 5 years and then the right stopped at a B cup and the Left go all the way up to a D. Now its be about 10 years and i have impossible to tell apart 2 cup size difference. What would you do? I wear an insert but it only makes up one size difference. Would you look at surgery option? Would you go up or down? Would you continue to sport the lopsided look? Just wear a larger insert? Any other suggestions?

I've never hear of that much of a difference before. You should talk to your doctor and see around getting surgery to fix it. I would probably shoot for a C in the surgery, but then you'd own to fix both boobs. You could just pick a B or a D and only carry one boob fixed. ur choice :) It's not that big a deal, but you should get it fixed for the sake of it self easier to buy bras, and the little things like that.

hmm this is interesting. i have big boobs and love them but would similar to to have ones that didnt sag (because theyre big). if i be going to do surgery i guess i would go down. but i dont think at hand is anytin wrong with two different sizes. i guess it could make you self conscience but if your next to someone who you love and is understanding then near is no problem. i say be proud and dont let anyone kind you feel weird.
