Well if you're bleeding heavily like a period, later another test would not come back positive. It could own been an early miscarriage or the 'pregnancy' symptoms could newly be PMS and this is just your period, although a heavier one. Generally you don't discern TRUE pregnancy symptoms until you're a good 6-8 weeks from your last interval which you're not quite at yet, so you be probably feeling PMS instead. Sore breasts, moodiness, abdominal pains and even a little nausea is deeply common with PMS. The pains that you're reaction are cramping. Take any over the counter pain reliever as directed to help beside that. Motrin works the best, though.i would go and see your doctor but if you do another test and it comes wager on positive then it means you are definitly pregnant, you can enjoy negative tests but if one comes up positive next it's true that you are pregnant.
Sometimes soon after becoming pregnant you can still bleed around the time you were meant to enjoy your period. it happened to me and i be very scared but it be nothing to worry around. I would def advise you to check it out with a doctor tho.
