Severe stabbing pains around tummy after sex, philosophy?
I tried getting up to use the bathroom, but after a couple of steps I started feeling very dizzy and bland. I got scared that I'd go past out, so I plopped facedown onto the bed. My body became real hot, I started to sweat and my obverse became real faded. This all continued for some time. Eventually I cooled down and drank some juice but the misery was still so severe. I feel asleep and woke up minus the severe stabbing pains, but I still have the overall discomfort through-out those areas.
Any ideas?? Suggestions?

Which do you use tampons or pad?
If the dull pain was that severe you almost passed out you have to consider a ruptured cyst on your ovary, or I don`t know even an ovarian pregnancy! Endometriosis may be another likely culprit. You could also have chlamydia or another STD. You obligation to see your Gyno - good luck.
I get this also, and I'm still not sure what it is. I've have very painful cysts until that time, and it interferes pretty badly with intercourse. But if he go in too far, he may have lately hit something too hard. There are a lot of organs within that area!
But after checking into it myself, I did find this:

Despite the pregnancy part, conceivably part of what it says holds true.
"In matching way some men will get "blue ball," women can (and often do) experience a simailar sensation. When you get sexually aroused, blood circulates within the genitals and pelvis. Usually, when a person reaches orgasm, or feel physically/sexually satisfied (not just emotionally satisfied) after sex, everything will settle down in that in fairly short demand. But if someone doesn't, that vasocongestion can hang on for a little bit, which contained by women, can cause discomfort in the pelvis and/or vulva."
They own a lot of other articles on there, as ably, that cover sex and pain. I have a hunch my pain is chronic, but good luck next to yours, lol.
Hi there,
I agree with bassdoc.
My best guess is that your man hit your cervix, which could enjoy initiated pain from:
1. Stress/strain on ligaments that are attached to your uterus
2. Endometriosis is a likely cuplprit ( the most adjectives symptom is pain during sex)
3. Ovarian cyst that ruptured
I think that an STD is an unlikely grounds, though. And I don't think it's an ectopic pregnancy (you'd still be in a great deal of pain if it were). And you have to look at what happen typically. Is this a one time incident? Or does it happen with any features of regularity?
If this happens more than once, then I would suspect endometriosis.
If it's a one time contract, then I suspect a cyst or ligament pulling.
Either way, discomfort during sex is not normal, and I'd get it checked out.
It's really upsetting when these grotesque things/pains happen.
