before when it was around time for my spell i would get cramps 2 or 3 days before i started, but since i enjoy been on ortho tri cyclen i get cramps past its sell-by date and on up to a week or more before i start and also now i grasp headaches when its around time for it..
any suggestions as to why? or any opinions on what i can do to build this better? thanks in finance.. any lil help would be appreciated!!
