Ladies, did you be aware of any different after you have a hysterectomy?
Answers: Join the uterus free club! I still hold my ovaries, got my uterus removed about 3 years ago. I in truth feel SO MUCH better. My emotions own calmed down extremely (even though I still have ovaries) Once you give your body some more time to alleviate you will feel better. I got a few despondent moments, when I realized for sure that I could have no more babies ( I be 29 when I got it done) Even though we made the decision a long time formerly that we were done with kids, it be the fact that the option be taken away from me totally. It only gets me once contained by awhile though. It is funny cuz I still get cravings for some foods and still get somewhat testy(not like I was past though) When I should have my normal cycle. Unfortunately I inevitability to go back surrounded by and they need to take my ovaries. The doc first thought I could walk out them, but it isn't happening. What the the reason for yours BTW?.
I've read that some women mourn the loss of their symbol of femininity (and/or fertility) even if they're former the age of reproduction or are not planning on having any more children.
But not all women experience this "loss" as profoundly...and some -- approaching yourself -- may not experience it at all.
I'm looking forward to my hysterectomy. After YEARS of misery it'll be a relief to finally be done near it!.
I used to have anemic symptoms but not anymore after the hysterectomy and I'm glad that I don't need to settlement with the period and the cramping misery each month. I can swim whenever I want to and just pack and run any trip freely. Also, no more calculating the time of ovulation before sex. I already have two kids and I construe that's it for me.
When other women still in statistic of uterine cancer...blah blah blah. I'm not part of the norm. Ha ha.
I newly felt FREE!
