How can I lift better carefulness of myself?


I've been trying to take better attention of myself.

I've stopped drinking soda and started drinking tons of water. I've been trying to chomp through more fruits and veggies. I've also been trying to get atleast one hour a year in of exercise through walking.

I've been using better shampoos and conditioners to try to mend my wreckage hair. I was a blowdry/straighening iron freak! I've be taking time out for manicures and pedicures.

I still don't feel like I'm doing satisfactory.


What are somethings you do to take better care of yourself? What are some things I could do?
