depends on the person and what you are comfortable with.the depo shot is a short time more effective against pregnancy, but if you are the type of person to give somebody a lift a pill daily, without forgetting, preferably at impossible to tell apart time, then that's not really an issue.
So, it comes down to what you prefer, daily pill or an injection every few months? bring in your decision, and then contribute it a try. you may have side effects from whatever you opt, that should go away in a couple months. if they don't walk away and bother you then you can change your method.
I instinctively prefer the pill. Its been around a lot longer so i grain better about it. i did try the shot, but didn't like it due to a side effect (dryness). But remember, the side effects are different for respectively person, many population have no side effects, and what is better for one person, may be horrible for the subsequent person.
Should I clutch the morning after pill/plan B?
The PILL!FYI, the depo shot is AS effective as the pill, at 99%. Women own and DO get pregnant on the shot!
I was on depo and I outstandingly do not recommend it!
