Pregnant women do not need 2 use tampons cause adjectives the blood should go 2 the creation of the fetus/baby. This is why women have their period 2 begin with. If a woman is bleeding while she is pregnant consequently she should see a doctor cause there may b a risk of a miscarrage. And ofcourse if she put a tampon surrounded by while she was pregnant she should b ok cause various women have sex while they r pregnant. I know I sure wanted it.

Technically, I doubt it would wound the baby in any opening as the tampons are small enough to not extend into the uterus (i.e. no way you will "poke" the fetus.) However, the increased risk of toxic shock syndrome (although slight) is not one I would instinctively take on during pregnancy as there are reported cases of TSS cause premature labour and death of the newborn.That said, distinctly you should not have a need for tampons during pregnancy. If you are bleeding (even only spotting) it is important to see your doctor ASAP.
You should never use a tampon except when you are on your period and as you don't procure your period when you are pregnant it is not ok and there really is no purpose for you to.
