Is it average to own quill on breast?
not like jumbly hair but constricted small hairs around the breast. not excactly like arm quill but smaller and not soooo dark and thinner. its the best way i can explain

Yeah, it's middle-of-the-road. Everyone has them, some people wax/pluck them if they're bothered by them but if they're not darkened, LEAVE THEM ALONE.
