Answers: it wouldn't hurt to lose some weight but don't become paranoid like some people who practically kill in cold blood them selves trying to look "pretty"..
wow, you sound like my best friend. She is other concerned about her weight and honestly I don't dream up she is overweight at all. And you aren't either. I don't know who you are but I'm sure you're amazing a moment ago as you are! Many people tend to think that they may be portly because some teenagers your age are EXTREMELY skinny. you don't want to be too skinny. It's really bad for your health. You want to be a clad weight and your weight is fine. but after again, if you'd feel more comfortable with your self than you can loose mass. I wouldn't recommend it though because you're fine just as you are! Im thirteen to!!
Yeah I was within your shoes, not to long ago. I am also thirteen and i am your height.I thought I was butter when i was 100 pounds. But really we are growing so we dont need to verbs about our weight. Personally i focus that you are fine and probably healthy and normal. Besides when i considered necessary to lose weight and i actually did i wasnt chirpy. Losing weight just dosent variety you as happy as you think.
do you want to lose counterweight,? You could suddenly grow five inches next year, and then Your bulk will spread out, instead of worrying about rather to lose solidity, just become more active, seize off the couch, put down the video game, turn past its sell-by date the movie, ride your bike, walk , walk , wander, roller skate, dance with Your friends, cart a karate class, go swimming, just get hold of active at your age that is adjectives U need to do, then start to look at your diet, put down the sweet tea or the soda, and check the snacks,

That is a TINY bit about average for 13 years old and 5'3.
but remember that you aren't even fully matured however so you still have time to grow into your body and thin out.
I'm fifteen and i used to hold a REALLY pudgy stomache when i was 14 and then i grew an inch and funny adequate i look a lot more thin and i dont really exercise(although i should. lol) If you are concerened around it though cut back on soda and do 10 to 20 sit ups a day.

You're not fat. NEVER EVER ask ancestors on the internet if you should lose weight or not. Ask your parents or friends instead. Most importantly, whatever you do, you own to do it for yourself. You're perfectly fine and healthy next to your weight I have more or smaller quantity the same measurements as you, although I am a year and a half elder. I am currently trying to loose weight, and I'm going for around 115 pounds, which is still healthy.

If you're comfortable with your body, then you should stay the course you are. You are not so overweight that you will suffer any health problems from the extra few pounds, and I bet you don't look bad, any. It's up to you. It's your body. What do you think about it? What don't you approaching? And can you fix what you don't like by dieting? If so, then yeah. Lose bulk. But it'll be your descision..

SHORTY U R UNDERWEIGHT.
You are still growing and it all depends on what type of family you hold. If your family has a big body type later your normal hmmm u are a little unwieldy for your height but it all depends on how you take the weight im 15 5' 4'' and i weigh 130.just exercise and get through healthy u should be just fine.
i weigh the same at that age now i am 13 and i lost alot of immensity. ( but i am 5'7 so that makes a huge difference.) ya i would lose some weight...you're young-looking and short so that's kinda heavy. don't go to extremes...in recent times excercize and eat healthy! try and catch into some sports..
