I've tried tampons (dont no what size) but I couldn't find it in and I don't think I'd approaching a spongey pad. Also, my mom and dad never talked going on for this with me. So if I do have my time of year, I won't know who to tell or what to say. I'm terrified! Is my period coming? Is it really that bad? How do you know when it happen again after you've had your first? Please I have more question so just please give me your judgment and just list some tips and anything that you reflect would help me. Please. Going on depo on friday?

Oh honey, I am so sorry your parents have never spoken to you about any of this. If I be you, I would speak to your mom about it. I know my mom talked to me roughly speaking it when I was 8. She was other open about it, as be the fact that I was surrounded by sex ed in school. I started my term when I was 11, and I STILL didn't really know for sure what it was because it be so light. So for your first period, you won't be bleeding thru your pant or anything (at least I didn't) :-). Anyway, if you DO start your period, you should step to which ever parent you feel most comfortable with discussing these things. It is 100% intuitive, nothing to be scared of, and a moment ago because you have your period, does NOT be set to you are a "woman". You have many years vanished of being a kid. You will still be you, but you will just enjoy a monthly flow.

And if you feel uncomfortable going to your parents, enjoy any of your friends started yet? Do you feel comfortable going to their parents?? And as far as trying a tampon, I suggest making sure you catch the junior size to start out, and you should be on your period to make insertion easier. You should never insert a tampon in need being on your period!

You also asked how you will know when it happen again after the first. The best answer is anywhere from 26-32 days after the first day of the last one, you should expect it to begin again, and it will happen every month until you are MUCH older and be in motion thru menopause...

I wish you lots of luck, and dont worry, it is adjectives perfectly natural!

Question from Health class?

There is zilch to be afraid of. 1/2 of the world's population has, have or going to enjoy their period. I suggest you go on the internet and try to find information give or take a few puberty. The more you know the less your will fear.

If your a virgin. Is fingering discouraging?

For a couple of days, wear a wipe. Then you won't be caught off guard in arts school or something. I'm 14, and I just got mine final year. When I first got it...I noticed a short time bit of moisture so I went into the bathroom. When I saw it was blood, I folded some toliet article and used it like a pad. I didn't return with cramps at all, but some people may vary xD.

If you don't like to wear a pad newly in case, wear a panty liner. if you grain a lot of moisture, go to the bathroom without hesitation!! The period is not that bad. It is REALLY annoying though.

Oh yeah...when you first start out, your extent can get really irregular. Usually you only win your period every month for one week or less. My time of year can be very irregular at times. One time it lasted for 2 weeks :/

It is zilch to be worried about. Just make sure you are prepared. When you own your period, just transmit your mom. She's been there up to that time.

My sisters problems?

that white stuff is just natrual discharge which we all achieve no worries.
if your worried about getting it and getting it off guard get hold of some pantie linners they arent as big as pads but will still covered.
if you are concerned just enjoy a chat with your mom. sit down and ask her what to expect. see when she got it how heavey it be when she got it if she got alot of cramps and such because repeatedly times you get patterns from your mom and the women you are around the most. it is impressively likely that you and your mom will have it at like peas in a pod time.
if you go with tampons start next to the small/light ones so that your body can get used to them at first it will be uncomfortable but after a daytime or so your body will get used to them and not even notice it.
it will be shaky at first as far as your cycle so if your worried newly wear liners to have yourself covered. you wont be on a full 3 weeks stale 1 week on at first you might wait a few weeks before getting it again.

youll be fine and enjoy nothing to be worried about. adjectives of us have gone through it and survived...for the most part!

worthy luck

Why does the "area" smell when we hold a time?

I recently got mine, at arts school unfortunatly. It is no big deal because I never knew until i go to the bathroom. Just carry a few pantyliners in your purse or something and you will be prepared.

Your spell comes about every 28 days, give or bring a few days. It isnt hard to mange. In fact, I use pad and I don't notice that they are there until I truly take them out or put them on. I don't like tampons though, I've tried and I HATE it.
It is really not that unpromising.
BTW- Just becasue you got your period doesn't close-fisted you are a woman.

What contained by the world happen to my Discharge??

Okay, get the Stayfree Ultrathin Maxipads with wing for your period b/c they're not uncomfortable or spongy or big... and I would recommend getting Stayfree Long Pantiliners and wearing those everyday, and switching to the maxipads when you if truth be told get your period.

Don't use tampons b/c you can't use those unless you are actively bleeding! And you should merely use pads for a while so you get an conception of how much and how long you bleed. Expect your periods to be very irregular when you first start.

My friend's girl friend smells similar to fish.?

First, don't try sticking within a tampon if you are not on your period. If you do get it up in attendance they hurt like a ***** to pull them support out. Because there is no moisture it will feel resembling sandpaper.
I've heard that girls usually don't start their period until they weigh around 100 pounds. So it sounds approaching you are pretty close.
When I had my first period (I be 11) I didn't get the second one till 6-8 months later. I believe it can bear up to 2 years before getting a regular pattern to your length. Periods can last from 1-7+ days and can be spaced out between a couple of weeks to 4-5 or more. Every body is different. Good luck.
Personally, I don't usually get "cramps" contained by my stomach. I get lower back discomfort for a few hours until I in truth start my period.
Periods really are not that bad. Just return with a cute little coin purse or something just big enough to throw a spare two of a kind of under ware and a tampon/pad into the bottom of your backpack in skin you do start at school.
I would recommend talking to your mom around it either before or when you start your interval. If for no other reason your mom will probably be really sympathetic and buy you chocolate or whatever your are craving when you are on your term.
And just because you start your period and become a 'woman' doesn't be determined you can't still be a kid. The only thing it vehicle is that you can get pregnant until you hit menopause.
Good luck. I hope that helped some.

Just wondering if at hand may be a nouns...?

First, try to transport a deep breath and calm down. It's not as sickening as it seems. Your period is not the finish all, be all of becoming a woman. No one is going to expect you to stroke differently and more grown up just because you have your extent. The biggest change to your life will of late be taking the extra few minutes to change your pad or tampon surrounded by the bathroom. It seems scary presently, but I am sure you will do fine.

Now to try and answer some of your questions. As far as when it comes in the cycle of puberty, it usually occur about two years after your breasts develop (thelarche) and between 4 and 6 months after the growth of your pubic and underarm hair.

Cramping and support aches are very adjectives symptoms. Ibuprofen is the medicine of choice for cramps if they get too desperate. Heating pads will also help if your cramps obtain bad.

The choice of whether to use pads or tampons is really a choice of your comfort. It is critical to know that tampons have been shown to be related to toxic shock syndrome. If you decide to use tampons, be sure to practice good paw washing, change your tampon commonly, and use the lowest absorbency required for your period. If you aren't sexually active, tampons will probably be smaller amount comfortable, but they do make special 'junior' tampons that should be more comfortable for you. Pads aren't as bad as they nouns; they have all kind of absorbency technology now that pulls your flow away from your body so you don't feel as wicked as you think you would.

Your periods will probably be irregular for a while, but the best channel to try to figure out when your next one will be is to mark off it on a calender. You should start to notice a regular number of days between each extent and you should be able to tell when you are going to own your next cycle pretty soon after you've had a few regular period. I can tell when mine is going to be practically down to the day.

Finally, I would really suggest conversation to your mom about it, especially as nervous as you seem to be to be about it. You might be surprised to find how supportive and helpful she will be. Hope I've help and good luck!
