i am 13 and i measured for my bra size when i first go shopping, so it wasnt too big. maby try measureing for a size before buying. but as for wadding it out, everyones boobs grow at diffrent paces. so its complicated to tell. it adjectives has to do near genetics and your growing rate. in recent times alot of stuff. good luck though! I developed pretty rash. I wore a bra in 3rd category..not a training bra.
